Dr. Pachanathan has a friendly happy manner while remaining wholly professional. He reinforced that by introducing himself by his first name of Devan. I had been referred by my GP for left leg swelling. I was concerned because strokes and heart attacks run in my family but he wasted no time explaining to me that it is not necessarily genetic but can be lifestyle based. Since I had very positive tests I can only presume that my lifestyle changes over the last 18 months have helped. I have given up drinking alcohol and eat a very healthy diet. Consequently I left much less anxious than when I came in. I feel privileged to have seen him during this very busy period. Needless to say the support staff as always were super as well.
