David came to see me before my surgery and put my mind at ease, he was very reassuring in the anesthesia room prior to my surgery.
Davis them came back to the ward and told me all went well, which made me feel very happy and we'll cared for.

I was a little apprehensive when I went into Goring Hall for a hip replacement. But was put at ease by Dr Uncles who came to see me prior to the operation. I had a preference for an epidural rather than a general anaesthetic. This was performed and after what seemed a short while, Dr Uncles was by my side telling me that everything went well. A great relief - and I felt fine!

I was very nervous when I arrived at Goring Hall for my procedure, I had a chat with Mr Uncles prior to going to the theatre and he put my mind completely at rest, I felt comfortable and confident that I was in safe hands, a tremendous help to me as I am not a very good patient,

I am a specialist Anaesthetist with interests in Obstetric, Ambulatory and Inpatient anaesthesia. I employ a variety of anaesthetic techniques including general or regional anaesthesia, although I often use them in combination to optimise and enhance patients' peri and post-operative experience.
I am dedicated to putting the patient first through the provision of safe and reassuring care delivered in conjunction with my colleagues and associates.
I was present at the inauguration of the Helsinki Declaration in June 2010. This enshrines the values essential to the promotion of the highest professional and safety standards expected of anaesthetists. It is my hope to match or even exceed the expectations of patients who place their trust in me.
