Dr Bygrave is an excellent and valued departmental colleague. She is organised, dependable and trustworthy. She works hard to deliver the best possible care for her patients. Additionally, she is an enthusiastic teacher and should rightly take the credit for the variety of courses ( simulation, PROMPT, etc) she organises and runs which are becoming increasingly popular (and from which she has excellent feedback) within the Trust.
