I was very nervous when I arrived at Goring Hall for my procedure, I had a chat with Mr Uncles prior to going to the theatre and he put my mind completely at rest, I felt comfortable and confident that I was in safe hands, a tremendous help to me as I am not a very good patient, best regards,
