Lorraine has proved to be an excellent link between the services involved in the care provided. She listened and suggested options on the way forward as well as acting as an advocate with other agencies. Her support was positive but always with a sensitive, honest reply to all of our questions. I really appreciate this and cannot speak highly enough of her. The only other comment would relate to the speed of response but I fully appreciate the complexity of the role, workload and difficulty with communication between appropriate bodies. Emailing her has improved this but again would not be appropriate for some.

Lorraine, thank you for being so helpful and responsive to our queries and concerns; always with skill, friendliness and humanity. It makes such a difference that you are there, guiding and supporting. You help us to understand the illness and the treatment plan; to resolve those unnecessary doubts that crop up in our minds; assisting in our journey.
