Lorraine has proved to be an excellent link between the services involved in the care provided. She listened and suggested options on the way forward as well as acting as an advocate with other agencies. Her support was positive but always with a sensitive, honest reply to all of our questions. I really appreciate this and cannot speak highly enough of her. The only other comment would relate to the speed of response but I fully appreciate the complexity of the role, workload and difficulty with communication between appropriate bodies. Emailing her has improved this but again would not be appropriate for some.

Very easy to talk to very understanding of ones personal problems nothing was to much trouble. Under the circumstances a pleasant and quite helpful experience
