My initial consultation with Sarah Hart was on the phone and she was very professional, clear and direct. I felt I could tell her anything and she wouldn't be phased. When I met her face to face with my wife on the 15th March 2024, she was exactly as she was on the phone, professional, clear and direct. We both felt that she listened to what we were saying and explained everything to us in a clear and understandable way. She cut out the jargon! I hope she can remain as positive as she is without being burned out! A breath of fresh air. Well done Sarah and thank you from us both!

I saw Dr Hart in Dec 23 for a consultation regarding my prostate. She immediately made me feel at ease, giving me the feeling that she was there 100% for me and my problem. She didn’t confuse with medical jargon and explained the different options for possible future treatment if / as required, in clear lay persons terms. Her caring attitude was so refreshing. I have seen quite a few doctors over recent years, and none have shown her concern, and understanding. Although she like all doctors must have such a busy schedule, she made me feel like, she had all the time in the world for me and that the consultation would last as long as it needed to. Dr Hart is an amazing doctor, a total credit to her profession, and perhaps, one day, all doctors could be like her! I will hopefully see her again for a review in the next few months

Ms Hart was very straightforward in describing my options going forward, very encouraging in the option I chose and I felt that she and her team would be there to support me if and when alternative action needed to be taken. An uplifting experience!

Sarah has an excellent grasp of her speciality, in particular prostrate problems. Her knowledge and communication skills serve to provide open and frank discussion which benefits outcomes. Treatment opportunities have taken me to different hospitals and different specialists.Sarah kindly and diligently co-ordinates and offers other care pathways where appropriate.

Sarah took the time to listen to what my problem exactly was. Whether the prescribed medication had made any difference. (She was honest in saying that I would have known straightaway if it was working). Sarah spend some quality time looking at my frequency / volume data, asking questions and drawing information and conclusions. (The previous doctor was purely interested in urine flow). She was pleased that some of my recent lifestyle changes had helped and assured me that what I was experiencing was not uncommon. She recommended another medication for trial but was open that it came with side effects which have to be weighed up when taking it. I was very pleased with Sarah's overall coverage & recommendations and felt I had the confidence to proceed on my own. As always with any appointment slot time is a factor. If the previous doctor had added my data to the file it would have her prepare.
