I agree with all of the above reviews Mr Turk was excellent when I saw him at Westmorland Hospital. He listened and reassured me that my problem would be looked at and immediately proceeded to investigate with appointments. He assured me I would have an answer to my problem.

I recently had a consultation with Mr Turk and I found him to be a sympathetic doctor who listened to what I had to say and assessed the situation in a very thoughtful manner. He filled me with confidence that I am in good hands and feel that the best outcome for my condition will be achieved. As a condition of submitting my comments I have used the above star system reluctantly but I am not at ease with marking his performance, but, I gave him 4 stars only because I don't feel it is within my capacity to make a judgement on perfection.

He was very concerned and attentive and made me feel special and I was relaxed but obviously shocked with the diagnosis. He gave me all the information regarding a biosy but, as I was not in a good place after having various appointments and scans and was still coming to terms with my daughter's diagnosis of breast cancer, I postponed the biopsy until now, 5th February 2924, which I have had done at the Furness General Hospital and am now awaiting the results of said procedure.
