I had been dreading my appointment but Sarah and her team were so professional, friendly, capable and knowledgeable that they put me entirely at ease and I would even say I enjoyed the experience. I wouldn't change a thing. From start to finish, I think I must have been treated to a masterclass in how to practice urology, tailored to fit me as a person as well as addressing my symptoms and care.
