I had been dreading my appointment but Sarah and her team were so professional, friendly, capable and knowledgeable that they put me entirely at ease and I would even say I enjoyed the experience. I wouldn't change a thing. From start to finish, I think I must have been treated to a masterclass in how to practice urology, tailored to fit me as a person as well as addressing my symptoms and care. Thank you for deciding to become a urologist. I'm in awe.

I had a long, detailed discussion by telephone on behalf of my husband. Sarah had clearly fully grasped his medical history from a urological view, but also understood that his Alzheimer's dementia was going to complicate his future care. She was able to explain what changes may become necessary, so I now feel I have all the information I need, for the moment. I feel that we are in safe hands with Sarah and look forward to having more information from her after the expected examination in the New Year.
