Sarah took the time to listen to what my problem exactly was. Whether the prescribed medication had made any difference. (She was honest in saying that I would have known straightaway if it was working). Sarah spend some quality time looking at my frequency / volume data, asking questions and drawing information and conclusions. (The previous doctor was purely interested in urine flow).
She was pleased that some of my recent lifestyle changes had helped and assured me that what I was experiencing was not uncommon.
She recommended another medication for trial but was open that it came with side effects which have to be weighed up when taking it.
I was very pleased with Sarah's overall coverage & recommendations and felt I had the confidence to proceed on my own. As always with any appointment slot time is a factor. If the previous doctor had added my data to the file it would have her prepare.
