Mr Tai was fantastic. I felt that he listened to what I had to say and took everything into consideration and did a thorough examination. Nothing was to much trouble. He was very respectful.
Thank you for everything
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the care I provided to you, and for your kind words.
Stephen Tai has now replaced my hip and my knee - He made the process simple and friendly and I was able to discuss my mobility needs with him - and he listened! I have every confidence in recommending his skills.
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the care I provided to you. I'm pleased that you returned for another joint replacement under my care.
I found Mr Tai to be friendly, up front and willing to take any questions, however mundane, and give full and frank answers.

I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Tai. I have recently had hip replacement surgery which has been a great success. I found the care I received before, during and after my surgery from both Mr Tai and the team at One Hatfield to be excellent. Mr Tai is approachable and professional and I am very grateful for such great care.
