Made you feel at ease explain everything to me what was going to happen during and after surgery .Came to see me after surgery explained how the surgery went and what I needed to do with recovery.. Dr Awad was very informative and reassuring throughout the whole process I had issues with my workplace and my period of sickness after my surgery for recovery (2weeks) and Dr Awad did not hesitate to back me up and provide all the support and evidence i needed to avoid a sickness warning. It worked out very well and I cannot fault the care and service that i have recieved. I am so glad that i chose Dr Awad!

My experience with Mr Awad has been amazing - he is professional, kind and explains everything very clearly. I was very nervous on the day of my surgery but Mr Awad and Mr Reynolds (the anaesthetist) were incredibly understanding and compassionate, reassuring me and promising to look after me throughout. My last memory before the anaesthetic kicked in was a big smile from Mr Awad! I am really grateful for the care and kindness you have showed me, and for looking after me so well like you promised

I had my surgery with Mr Awad in April at the Burcot hospital. He has been absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable, kind, reassuring and so organised. I am a nurse and have come across many consultants in my 38 year career and he is the best so far. All bases covered. He is also genuinely such a lovely person and very patient focused. The whole package of having Mr Awad and Tonic is just priceless. Thank you so much.
