My experience with Mr Awad has been amazing - he is professional, kind and explains everything very clearly. I was very nervous on the day of my surgery but Mr Awad and Mr Reynolds (the anaesthetist) were incredibly understanding and compassionate, reassuring me and promising to look after me throughout. My last memory before the anaesthetic kicked in was a big smile from Mr Awad! I am really grateful for the care and kindness you have showed me, and for looking after me so well like you promised
