I have consulted with Mr Gupta on two separate matters - shoulder and trigger finger. He was thorough on both occasions, listened and explained his diagnoses and the proposed next steps very clearly. He is not quick to recommend surgery if not required and is clear about the available options. In both cases, my issues were resolved efficiently.

I saw Mr Gupta on 23/11/2023 for my 6 month follow up appointment following my anatomic stemless uncemented total shoulder replacement operation in May of this year. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of my surgery and the treatment that I have received from Mr Gupta and he has now discharged me from his care.

All I have is praise for this Doctor. I had a right shoulder arthroscopy plus revision subacromial decompression plus biceps tenodesis plus rotator cuff repairs (supraspinatus and subscapularis) 24.04.23. The Doctor reviewed me pre operatively and knew exactly what was required to repair my shoulder. He treated me professionally throughout the time that I was under his care. He was knowledgeable regarding the surgery required and what was required post operatively for recovery and rehabilitation. During each appointment he offered me advice and clinical knowledge regarding how I could recover and return to my normal activities. Suggestions for improvement would be aimed at the physiotherapy part of the rehabilitation. No hands on treatment was ever given or offered. As a physiotherapist myself, I felt that this would have been a crucial element of the rehabilitation process. If the physiotherapist felt at all intimidated by the fact that I was a physiotherapist, this should not have been the case. I just want to be treated as a normal person and to take their advice. Shoulder rehabilitation is not my speciality. I would highly recommend Mr Gupta to anyone and this includes people that I know.

Mr Gupta is very professional and excellent in his work. I am a professional person. I had a problem in my elbow and shoulders which was giving me pain and I approched him for his advise and management. He made an excellent management plan and treated the elbow and shoulder at the sametime. I a so glad and grateful for his advise and I was back at work as per his recommendation. I will very gladly recommend him to my family and friends.
