Mr Atwal has been my consultant now for about 3 years, and performed three surgeries over this time. My encounter with Mr Atwal (initially in 2022 at the age of 68) was the first time that I had needed to consult a medical practitioner since 1968 (removal of tonsils). He was very helpful in explaining the background to the failure of my hips and he provided careful advice on both the risks involved in surgery and the benefits that were likely to follow. I was very impressed by the the time he was able to take in seeing me in the immediate periods after each operation. It would be difficult for me to suggest improvements!
