Mr Joseph Manjaly is an incredible doctor/surgeon who is clearly an expert in his field. I found him professional and his approach to care was 'patient centered'
Right from my very first appt, he showed empathy, compassion, and kindness which were second to none. I felt that he ‘truly got’ and ‘genuinely cared’ about how my deteriorating hearing was impacting both my personal and professional life.
Without a doubt, he is the most caring, thorough and respectful doctor I have ever met, and I cannot recommend him highly enough for anyone considering Cochlear Implant surgery.

My experience from start to finish with Joseph was very positive and I would have no issues with recommending him to other patients. He has an excellent bedside manner, great patience and is friendly and approachable in nature. Most importantly he has an excellent knowledge of his field which has helped me better understand the condition and plan how to best manage it going forward.
