3missed appointments due to changes . I gave PTSD and other issues. This problem been ongoing for a few years but my hospital phobia and agoraphobia have stopped me having it professionally assessed. Attended the Whittington hospital & explained my situation and how I was near to a panic attack. I was seen within 5minutes and even agreed to a nasal endoscopy no numbing meds. I was shaking but Mr Choa’s calming voice and manner got me through. Thankfully no abnormalities showed and he was happy to discharge me with sound advice. Can’t thank the staff enough for their understanding.

I could not recommend Mr Choa highly enough. He put me at ease before and after my ear surgery. He was supportive and helpful and answered all my questions. The ideal doctor for any scenario. This is the level of patient care i hope to receive in future.

After two failed operations in Whipps Cross and Basildon hospital, i insisted on a specialist ear nose and throat hospital to my GP. This is where I was assigned to Mr Choa, who I cannot recommend enough. Mr Choa is very professional and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of ear problems and the appropriate surgery. Also Mr Choa did not give up hope of a solution to my narrow ear canal problems and continuously worked to get my hearing restored even though it took a considerable number of appointments and his time.
