After two failed operations in Whipps Cross and Basildon hospital, i insisted on a specialist ear nose and throat hospital to my GP. This is where I was assigned to Mr Choa, who I cannot recommend enough. Mr Choa is very professional and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of ear problems and the appropriate surgery. Also Mr Choa did not give up hope of a solution to my narrow ear canal problems and continuously worked to get my hearing restored even though it took a considerable number of appointments and his time. If you are in Mr Cho’s capable hands, you have the best consultant\surgeon assigned to you. My name for reference is Michael White and my experience is from 2012 to 2020.
