I had an arthroscopic stabilisation and labral repair following a sports injury. I am very happy with the outcome , strength and stability feel really good at six weeks. Pleasantly surprised how minimally invasive the surgery was.

I had an UCL thumb repair by Mr Polyzois. The operation was a great success, with little pain and through aftercare. The range of movement is significantly improved, and the operation was worthwhile. It has increased comfort and stability of the joint. Cannot ask for more.

I have had severe tennis and golfers elbow with severe pain. I couldn't lift off a mug and I was unable to draw and carry out the most basic tasks as an architect. The first PRP was given to me by an older and more senior female consultant, who appeared to have had difficulty in locating the damaged area in the elbow. She administrated a PRP injection in the wrong place and it swallowed up!! By pure luck, the more senior consultant was absent, Mr Polyzois carried out the consultation, he appeared very smart, focus and sharp with a wisdom of a Greek philosopher. He was keen to listen and asked the right questions. As he reached out to inspect the damage area, he immediately went felt 5 or 6 points were they were all extremely painful. He knew where exactly to press, which made jump to the roof from the pain. He offered to give me PRP injections and was happy to try him. He administered PRP injections in both elbow on 3 different occasions. They were a treat!. He became suspicious of, after a scan, it was evident that my shoulder bone was in the wrong place and had to have an operation shave off the shoulder bone. He carried out the operation skillfully and it was phenomenal. What differentiated Mr Polyzois from two other more "senior" consultants is his care, sharp thinking as well as a talent as a doctor and a surgeon. He listed with utmost care and very carefully to his patient without any smug attitude. His care to his patient has granted him the privilege to be a superb doctor and a surgeon. I am ever grateful for his care, skills and knowledge. The NHS should be proud to have this great consultant who has proven his to be more formidable than any native senior consultant. He is a credit to the United Kingdom and to the NHS. Thank you very much Mr Ioannis Polyzois
