I cannot thank Mr Orfaniotis enough for what he did for me. I had breast reconstruction due to a breast cancer diagnosis; from the minute I met Mr Orfaniotis I knew I was in safe hands. I was very overwhelmed by what was happening but he was so positive and attentive that it made me feel far calmer about the situation. After the operation, Mr Orfaniotis visited me several times and was like a breath of fresh air, he made me feel very confident about my progress which helped speed up my recovery. I am so pleased with how my body is looking post operation. Such an amazing man.

From start to finish Dr Orfaniotis was fantastic. I had been thinking about getting a breast reduction for such a long time and was quite nervous. However Dr Orfaniotis put me at ease completely. He explained everything really well and had such a professional yet friendly manner. As for the result I am over the moon. I have so much more confidence and finally get to wear the clothes I have always wanted to. I only wish I had come to see him sooner! Definitely recommend.

Few months ago I was diagnosed with oral cancer and been referred to Guys hospital.
After the initial shock, I was reviewed by several members of the team and explained that I had to undergo major surgery and reconstruction. A week after I met the plastic surgeon Mr Giorgios Orfaniotis who came highly recommended by his colleagues. His empathy and professionalism put me at ease and immediately felt that I was in safe hands!
The reconstruction involved transplanting tissue from my thigh to my mouth and the operation lasted 8 hours. The results were truly amazing! I went home after 10 days and had no issues during my recovery. I am now cancer free, fully functioning and I look normal.
NHS is amazing and we are so privileged that we can be treated at the highest standards. I will always be grateful for the care I received at Guys hospital.

Mr Georgios Orfaniotis is a fully accredited Plastic Surgeon who practices as a Consultant in both the NHS and private sector.
He holds a substantive Consultant post at Guys and St Thomas’ Hospitals London, where he regularly performs complex reconstructive and corrective surgery in the Head and Neck area. In his private practice he offers a wide range of cosmetic procedures in prime central London locations (111 Harley street, HCA-The Shard, Wellington hospital).
Georgios has obtained the Plastic Surgery Fellowship exam of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS Plast) and the European plastic surgery board exam (EBOPRAS). He was entered onto the GMC specialist register for Plastic surgery in 2015. He is a full member of the British Association of Plastic Surgeons (BAPRAS), the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ISAPS) and the British Association of Head & Neck oncologists (BAHNO).
Mr Orfaniotis is one of the very few surgeons in the UK who has undertaken 3 years of advanced international fellowship training before taking his Consultant role in 2017.
