This was my first cosmetic surgery experience - I had a breast lift and implants put in. I really did my homework beforehand and met several surgeons. I was pretty nervous for the whole experience but knew I wanted it done. When I met Dr Georgios, I instantly knew he was the right person. He was more professional than any other surgeon I met whilst still listening to exactly what I wanted -which he did. My results are amazing. I even went back to him at the last minute because I was panicked about the sizing and we decided on a different size together. He was great throughout. On the day of surgery, he arrived really happy, positive and comforting (which is what I needed). I'm three months' out now and the size and shape suits me perfectly. He did a very neat job and my scarring is already reducing a lot. I still check in with him and the team every month - I can honestly say, I will come back and I won't ever need to look for another cosmetic surgeon.

Thankyou Dr Georgios! I had a tummy tuck and liposuction to my thighs. I am so so happy with the result! It has given me my confidence back in my body since having 2 kids and I am so grateful. I went to see Dr Georgios based on his reviews and was impressed with all aspects of his care. He was so welcoming and down to earth and put me at ease straight away. In terms of the surgical result I am so impressed. My scar is now barely visible and my tummy finally flat! The liposuction took a month or so to settle but has made such a huge difference in changing the contour of my thighs. After the surgery Dr Georgios was equally as lovely and available to see me and answer questions. Overall I am so happy and have already referred a friend who has also had a great result!

I am in total awe of this man who successfully and radically created me a new tongue out of my calf! I was treated for tongue cancer 5 weeks ago at Guys hospital and whilst the whole team was integral to ensuring the cancer was cut out the ability to reconstruct a tongue is just astounding. My new tongue, whilst still swollen and a bit hard to control is showing all the signs that my speech and eating will totally return to normal. I never felt any doubt that this was going to be a successful operation, Dr Orfaniotis put me totally at ease even though I couldn’t comprehend how you can make a tongue out of a leg! I really felt as though my future was in his hands and his confidence and personable manner gave me the reassurance I needed that he was totally in control of this! Every time he checked in on me during his morning rounds he looked in my mouth and said, 'WOW - that’s great.' He is genuinely so committed to doing an exceptional job and doing the best for his patients and he truly takes pride in his work. I am extremely grateful for his work in the NHS that enabled me to survive and thrive as well as I have! Thank you.

I had the areola reduction with Dr Orfaniotis, and although it’s only been a month and I am still healing I am really pleased with the results so far. Before the procedure, Dr Orfaniotis took the time to listen to my views about the desired results that I wanted to achieve, answered all of the questions that I had, and made sure that I was fully aware of everything in terms of after care. He made me feel completely comfortable and at ease both before / during (I chose to have the procedure under local anaesthetic) / and after the procedure. I am so excited to see my final results, and would not hesitate to recommend Dr Orfaniotis.
