It is very remiss of me but I have not taken the opportunity to express my very sincere thanks to Mr Aziz Momin and his dedicated team for the successful triple bi pass surgery he carried out on me last November. I am alive thanks to his skill and efforts and I will be forever very grateful. I am not yet quite the man I was before the surgery but know that I will be in the fullness of time.

I had a quadruple by pass performed by Mr Momin on 31st January and home on 5th February. Mr Momin explained to me in detail what would be happening and what I should expect. I am slowly recovering and taking each day at a time. Mr Momin made me feel very at ease with his explanations and I am sure my after care will be just as amazing. I will give a follow up in a few months time.

I was referred to Mr Momin by Kingston Hospital following an angiogram. At my pre-operative assessment when I met him, I found him to be very personable and friendly and he explained in detail the procedure I would undergo. My quadruple bypass took place on 1st November 2021 and I was discharged from hospital on 6th November after receiving excellent care both during and after the operation. He took the trouble to phone my wife in person after the operation to reassure her and also contacted me personally when my 3 month checkup fell due. I will remain indebted to him and his wonderful team for the rest of my life.

I had major emergency surgery seven years ago for an aortic dissection at St George's. Mr Momin performed my operation. It was undoubtedly necessary to save my life and lasted several hours. Mr Momin explained the situation to me, operated through the night and has given me post-operative care and advice around my yearly check-ups ever since. I was 59 when I suddenly fell ill and am now 66. I feel well and have enjoyed as good health since my op as I had done previously. I am extremely grateful to Mr Momin for his swift action, his expertise and his general common sense. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who has a medical problem which falls within his area of speciality. Quite apart from his medical abilities he is approachable, practical and human. I cannot thank him enough.

I had a Hybrid Ablation for my irregular heart beat under Mr. Momin this year. He was an excellent doctor and explained to me thoroughly about my procedure and the complications and what to expect after. Follow-up was exceptional and he surpassed my expectations. After my procedure, I feel much better as my irregular heart beat has improved and now I am back to work. I am glad he is my surgeon. Recommendable.
