I couldn't speak a bad word about the service i was given by Mr White. From start to finish he was extremely professional and understanding. Very friendly from the beginning and explained everything in clear and great detail. It's quite obvious and apparent that Mr White is at the top of his field and this is clear in how professional he is. Extremely understanding about pain levels and what hurts and what doesn't. I look forward to my follow up appointment and the further care Mr White will be giving

Mr White was absolutely fantastic, from initial consultation, through to post-operative meeting. What I did have a problem with, was being asked to 'check-in' at 07:30 on the day of my surgery, being put in a waiting area directly outside the ward kitchen/pantry, and having to wait until almost 15:30 for my surgery, with very little in the way of updates. Whilst I fully appreciate some procedures can take longer than expected, the fact that I was Nil-by-mouth, and hadn't eaten, as instructed, since 18:30 the day before, to be subjected for almost 8 hours to food and drink aromas, was nothing short of cruel....
