Mr White was absolutely fantastic, from initial consultation, through to post-operative meeting.
What I did have a problem with, was being asked to 'check-in' at 07:30 on the day of my surgery, being put in a waiting area directly outside the ward kitchen/pantry, and having to wait until almost 15:30 for my surgery, with very little in the way of updates. Whilst I fully appreciate some procedures can take longer than expected, the fact that I was Nil-by-mouth, and hadn't eaten, as instructed, since 18:30 the day before, to be subjected for almost 8 hours to food and drink aromas, was nothing short of cruel....
