Mr Phillips was an absolutely fabulous surgeon. From the first time I met Mr Phillips, he made me feel calm and completely trusted the advice he was giving. I had my procedure under a local anaesthesia. Despite my nervous rambling throughout the whole procedure, he made sure I was calm and as comfortable as I could have been.
Looking back on the whole experience, it was not an unpleasant one and that is due to Mr Phillips. He is professional with a sense of humour. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to Mr Phillips.
