I've seen Andrew twice on two different issues, his knowledge and manner is why I chose to see him for a separate issue the second time. He was able to explain the issue and draw upon past experiences of a similar nature, and offer some options taking into account my opinion on how I feel this is affecting me.

Mr Phillips was the first person in over 30 years who actually sat me down and went through my deformity step by step and showed me the amazing way that my body had coped to modifying itself to account for any deficiency. I hadn't realised the emotional effect my deformity had had in me and by the end of my treatment didn't see my deformity as something "ugly" but rather just how my body is. I think if someone offered surgery to me in the future My first thought would be "why do I need it". I am thankful my first consultant referred me to him. His years of experience meant he was able to give me very grounded and detailed knowledge. This man has quite simply changed my life and I am thankful to him.

Mr Phillips is a genuine caring man who I trust has nothing but your best interests at heart. He is a very experienced professional, but never afraid to seek the expert opinion of the excellent team that surround him at BMI Blackheath. (He also has a good sense of humour, which is never amiss.)
