Mr Amit Agrawal is a highly skilled professional. He is genuinely kind, compassionate and caring and is very easy to talk to. His total commitment to his chosen profession is obvious in every aspect of his work. Mr Agrawal was my breast cancer surgeon in 2017 and successfully removed a tumour. Due to his skill, the scarring is hardly visible in both areas of surgery. This man saved my life. I hold him in the highest regard and would recommend him without reservation.

Mr Agrawal has been terrific. Despite the difficulties posed by the Covid-19 lockdown he managed to keep me moving swiftly through the stages of the process, and it is thanks to his insight, care and organisation that my breast cancer was dealt with before it became a serious problem. He was informative and helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. My surgery was easy and the wounds extremely neat. I would recommend him very highly indeed.

I had surgery for breast cancer on 21/12/2020 performed by Mr.Agrawal. During the first consultation after the initial biopsy, Mr Agrawal took a lot of time and care to explain all the details of the results to me and the treatment he recommended. Due to Covid19 situation, I was unable to have anyone else present, but certainly felt I had fully understood the different procedures that were available to me (3 options) and felt confident to choose what I felt was right for me. Before the operation, he was again very concerned that I had fully understood what he was going to do. The surgery went well, I was in little pain by the next morning (no more than expected) and had good mobility in my arm fairly quickly. The scars are healing well and I feel I have had the best possible care I could have had. I had a follow-up discussion with Mr. Agrawal when the biopsy results from the operation were available. They were more complicated than I had hoped, and he guided me through the subsequent treatment options. From the discussion it became clear that he had been conservative and cautious during the operation. I found this most reassuring. Mr Agrawal has now transferred me to an oncologist.

Mr Agrawal has made a huge difference to me in what was initially a very frightening diagnosis. He has been unfailingly kind and has listened to my concerns and preferences throughout. He has shown nothing but patience and genuine care in outlining my options and in my follow up care. My surgery was complex/major (double masectomy with reconstruction) and I have no doubt his skill led to my very swift recovery. Aesthetically I am also pleased with the outcome. As both a man and a surgeon I have no hesitation in recommending him.
