Other than the amazing neat surgery performed ( I had a mastectomy ) ; the best thing about my care under Mr Agrawal was his ability to explain procedure and make things relate to my capabilities, state of mind and stage of treatment. Mr Agrawal has a very down to earth and relaxed manner. He gave me confidence with the whole procedure and I felt he had my best interests at heart. He explained all details fully at both pre and post op appointments. I was discharged on a Friday after surgery and he told me if I had issues over the weekend and had to return to A&E I was to tell the staff to ring him at home. Over and above service I feel.
