Mr Agrawal has a very down to earth and relaxed manner. He gave me confidence with the whole procedure and I felt he had my best interests at heart. He explained all details fully at both pre and post op appointments. I was discharged on a Friday after surgery and he told me if I had issues over the weekend and had to return to A&E I was to tell the staff to ring him at home. Over and above service I feel.
