Miss Mall was very brisk in her consultation and I really did feel like I was on a conveyor belt. There was no warmth and no real discussion, and no detail about the cataract operation. I came away feeling very downhearted. I got the impression I was just another patient with a cataract - boring for her

With eye issues it is reassuring to have an open and frank discussion about how I'm doing as a patient as it is so difficult to gauge oneself. I felt that the eye inspection was carried out smoothly with no discomfort. A very good appointment even if the result is more Eyelea injections but even that was explained clearly and the logic behind them. Many thanks
