I have been under the care of Miss Dua for breastcancer for the past few months I found her and all the staff very caring and positive She is very bright and bubbly and gives you confidence of a good outcome when you feel down at this traumatic time in your life I could not speak highly enough of her skills as a surgeon and her as a person and will always be grateful to her for all she has done for me She was always there to listen and have time to explain in detail your treatment and operation to make you at ease which the sign of a thoughtful and dedicated doctor.

Sascha Dua is truly an angel. This lady is one of the most friendly, efficient, thorough, professional and caring doctors I have ever met. I was devastated when diagnosed with breast cancer in December 2015. From my first appointment with her, she put me at ease and explained all that would happen The care I am receiving is faultless which is making a difficult time as easy as it can be. I would like to say a huge thank you to Sascha and the breast care team at the Nuffield, Brentwood.

Being diagnosed with breast cancer is one of the most scary events any women has to endure. From the moment I met Sacha, her personality and openness put me at ease and gave me the courage and strength needed to start my journey. Over a period of 6 weeks from receiving the news to my surgery, Sacha and the team at Nuffield, Brentwood, provided medical care, advice and above all the support needed to face breast cancer head on. Sacha has also introduced me to other great medical professionals who will continue my treatment on my road to recovery. Her dedication to her field and her infectious positivity, has introduced me to other women who have or are experiencing the breast cancer nightmare. Her efforts have enabled a support network to develop which I could not imagine being without. Maria

What a wonderful person. Sascha Dua is a warm, friendly and very approachable consultant/surgeon. Although absolutely petrified going into each appointment, Sascha immediately put me at ease and made me feel so much better about such a terrible thing. I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the end of October and Sascha performed a lumpectomy and sentinel lymph node removal several weeks after. Thankfully my lymph nodes were clear and she had removed enough surrounding tissue of the tumour to give clear margins. I must say, she has done an absolutely fantastic job with the surgery, so much so that you can hardly notice the scar (and it's only been just over 4 weeks). She even gave me a lift at the same time and once my chemo and radiotherapy has finished has said that she will operate on my "droopy" boob the other side to match my now wonderful perky one. Sascha and the Breast Care team at Broomfield Hospital have been absolutely fantastic and I cannot thank them enough. I am so pleased and lucky that the NHS have put me under her care. Louise Brice
