Miss Tross was very warm, friendly , knowledgeable and professional during the explorations with my knee, which resulted in my having a knee arthroscopy. Miss Tross put me at ease during the operation itself and talked me through what was taking place ( I was awake and had spinal block rather than GA). My follow up appointment with Miss Tross was clear and she explained all findings and next steps to me. I would highly recommend Miss Tross. Thank you.

Very friendly and totally charming doctor. She did a perfect job replacing my hip and I can truthfully say I had absolutely no pain after the procedure from the moment I woke up from the anaesthetic and I was back ballroom dancing within 10 weeks.
