The Cromwell is an amazing hospital with brilliant staff. Ed and Louis and the nursing assistants gave me the best care. Nothing was a problem. Many thanks as it made my procedure more comfortable. Thanks again.

From walking into the Cromwell my treatment was 5*. My care on the 4th floor, once in my room by the nurses ( Louis and Ed) was exceptional. The Nirsing assistants were the same. Nothing was to much trouble. I was obviously nervous about the procedure I was having and they all put me at ease. The food was of high quality and needed after being unable to eat all day. Discharging was so easy as well. Mr Attar came to see me at 0710, the pharmacy came up explained everything thoroughly and I walked out at 0940. Many thanks .

The Staff was always so Kind and taking care if I was in the right place or atended already. High Standard and Profesionalism, definitly to recomend as building it is in very good conditions too.

Very impressed by the care provided by all the staff, I met over several visits. That involved scans and blood tests, as well as two days recuperation after an operation. One thing I did not expect was the quality of the catering which was very good. All the staff were friendly and attentive, and quick to respond if I did have any requests.

I underwent an operation in Jan 2024 and found the whole experience to be extremely positive. I found the nurse team to be extremely empathetic and pleasant (notably at night, where it really makes a difference). Catering is very good too. Very good.
