The Cromwell was excellent. From the moment they took me in, to the nursing staff which were amazing, the surgery team was very kind and made me feel at ease.
The attention was incredibly kind and professional, the food is very good.

shambolic appointment service, the consultant who was supposed to have a telephone consultation with me did not call me, the support staff did not know what to do in this instance and i spent the day hanging on the telephone.

I have experienced great care and have written a review of my surgeon Mr. Attar which includes all my positive comments about all aspects of the hospital in particular the nursing staff. The other support were equally good
