I had breast augmentation with Rachel Holt back in September 2022 and I honestly can not thank her enough. I had a very long chest, small boobs and no volume at all at the top of my chest as well as this I had muscular dystrophy and never thought I would get surgery after 2 cosmetic hospitals cancelled my surgeries at pre-op due to this. I was so self conscious, I wouldn’t buy clothes I couldn’t wear a padded bra with or go to the gym because I felt embarrassed in a sports bra. Dr Holt gave me so much advice in regards to the look I was going for and was very understanding and reassuring throughout the process. I wanted natural breasts that were in proportion with my body, not too big but enough to fit my long chest and fill it out. The recommendation I was given was a high profile 350cc tear drop implant and honestly the results are better than I could ever imagine! You wouldn’t even know 6 months post op that they weren’t mine. The scars are practically invisible, they are super soft, I have fantastic cleavage and most importantly I have my confidence finally. Thankyou for the excellent care, advice and overall experience! I couldn’t recommend her enough for anyone thinking about having this procedure or any other for that matter. She made me feel comfortable and listened to from start to finish and has really changed my life.

I had a breast reduction and uplift with Rachel last year and I couldn’t be happier with the result! I initially had a consultation with Rachel after seeing several surgeons who had shrugged off my concerns and desired outcomes and it was like a breath of fresh air. she straight away agreed that I had a big issue with large pendulous breasts even after weight loss and reassured me she would try her best to reduce them as small as I requested without compromising the health of them. The operation went smoothly, her nurse Beth and aftercare was really good. My chest is a whooping 7lbs/3kgs lighter, I have no neck or shoulder pain, I can wear any top I want and I have never been so confident and free. This has been life changing for me as a young woman and I cannot thank Rachel enough! I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to make this decision.
