Reviews
good service
I felt in very safe hands with Miss Abeysiri. She explained everything politely, patiently and clearly, both before and after surgery. There was no point at which I felt that I couldn’t ask a question. She treated me with respect and dignity rather than as just another impersonal subject to be operated on. She was empathetic and really cared about the outcome of my surgery. Miss Abeysiri and the whole team appeared to work seamlessly together and they were all proactive in ensuring that both I and my carer were made comfortable and kept well informed throughout our visit. We have nothing but praise for her and encourage her to keep doing what she is already doing so well.
Very attentive
Excellent at explaining everything
Attention to detail
Caring
Being paranoid about eyes being touched (I could not use contact lens) my experience of having the first one done was a revelation. Dr Abeysiri was excellent in all respects, including pre and post op’ matters. Very professional in approach but with a very warm approach to examinations and diagnosis. I had no reservations in having the second one done 4 weeks after the first. The outcome has been excellent.
I had a very good consultation
