I could not have asked for a better consultant. A down to earth lovely person who listened to me. Then gave me perfect sight back to my right eye. She then offered as much aftercare as I needed. I will want to see her again when my left eye needs attention.
Dr Abeysiri has removed my cataracts in both eyes. I was in discomfort following the removal of the cararact in my left eye. I contacted her and she assured me over the phone that everything was ok, but suggested I meet with her for an examination just to be on the safe side. I did see her, and everything was absolutely fine.
What a relief to know that your surgeon is contactable without having to rely on secretaries, and that your surgeon will see you quickly.
I have recommended Dr Abeysiri to my friends that are now facing the need for cataract surgery.
She spent a lot of time with me explaining the benefits and small risks of Cataract surgery. Both eyes were treated and I am entirely happy with the result. Very friendly and professional, I would highly recommend.
Miss Abeysiri is extremely knowledgable and professional. She puts patients at ease, listens carefully to their questions and takes time to explain the results of the tests. She reviews the patient’s case notes and summarises how the eyes have changed over time and what treatment may be required in the future.

Ms Abeysiri has looked after me for a number of years now since i was diagnosed with Glaucoma. She has done laser treatment and cataracts to both my eyes. A very caring and professional doctor, so would recommend her to all.
