I was completely happy with my treatment but am a little confused with the copy of a letter describing my treatment,which again is perfectly correct, but appears to have been sent to a Dr. S. Asmar at Tanworth Lane, Shirley. My GP is the Blythe Practice in Knowle and has been for the last 30 years plus. My wife goes to the Eye Clinic at Tanworth Lane for occasional visits and her initial is A so maybe there is a little confusion ? I received a letter dated 22nd October from Dermatology in Solihull giving me an appointment withDr Hague's team on 2nd December at Solihull which I will attend but I am not sure whether this is in response to your treatment or just a follow on from my previous visit to Solihull. Anyway, thank you for your excellent service when I visited Good Hope and trust that you will be able to solve how the letter went to Shirley. Many Thanks, Tony Turner

I was very pleased with the consultation I had with Dr Goulding. He made me feel at ease and listened to me. He has a very pleasant manner which I found comforting and he explained everything to me clearly throughout the examination and subsequent diagnosis.
