All staff from outpatient appointments prior and postoperatively to care on the ward were helpful and caring. Food and catering staff were excellent. The room was clean and sheets were changed as often as necessary. I could not fault any care save the control of pain from the total knee replacement and the gross swelling of my leg from groin to toes. Two paracetamol were not enough! However, a visit from the pharmacist and a ‘meltdown’ from me ensured I was sent home with sufficient painkillers and a follow up telephone call to ensure all was well. The physiotherapy follow up has been excellent with one to one appointments and knee classes. They make you work but are full of encouragement.

Can’t fault the service and the care afforded to
me by the Hospital. I was very well looked after in the Radiology department by Amanda the Radiographer who performed my Mammogram and the male Radiologist ( whose name I can’t remember) who performed my Ultrasound.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Hospital to others, everything went smoothly and according to plan!

Great staff and hospital.
Sometimes the wait at reception can be lengthy and car parking can be difficult but that is being particularly picky.
I would definitely go to this hospital in the future if necessary

The majority of the staff were very nice and friendly but there were a couple who were not so! They were generally helpful and caring.
The senior physio man was wonderful and really helpful and attentative but some of the younger newer staff were not very caring.
The food and drink is pretty good, although i did not realise you can ask for anything at any time pretty much.
A fairly nice experience for being in hospital.
