I had put off having my veins done and finally had the procedure in September. I am so pleased I did and I am thrilled with the results. Dr Gajraj explained everything in great detail in an honest and informative way. My initial assessment was thorough and results available immediately which helped me make a decision about treatment. I was kept up to date about what was happening and I knew I could contact the clinic at any time if I had any concerns. The clinic was Covid safe without being alarming or unfriendly. I felt supported well by nurses Lucy and Sue as I can get a bit anxious. On the day of the procedure they were kind and reassuring and everything was explained to me. The cup of tea and chocolate biscuit was a nice touch. Dr Gajraj was available afterwards too as I did have some concerns post procedure. Having access to him so quickly and having my fears allayed was very important to my recovery. Follow up was great and I am so happy with the results. This has literally changed my life. Thank you.

Dr Gajraj has treated my varicose veins at the Melbury Clinic for over 15 years and I have always found him to be very professional, kind, caring and considerate. The outcome of all my treatments has always been excellent. All the Health Care Assistants, over the years, have been so kind, friendly and caring and have had a very professional manner and always made me feel totally relaxed and at ease during and after procedures. Dr Gajraj and his team have, at all times, treated me with the utmost respect and dignity. The Melbury Clinic is always spotlessly clean, tidy and well organised but, at the same time, has a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. I have to travel a round trip of approximately 135 miles to the Clinic. I consider this a small price to pay for such an excellent and outstanding service and I would not go anywhere else. Therefore, I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Gajraj and his brilliant team Maddie, Sue and Lucy to anyone who is considering treatment.

I received varicose vein treatment at the Vein Care Centre in August 2021. I have hated my legs for years and have always welcomed winter to hide them in trousers/tights. Finally I took the plunge and had both my legs treated with Mr Gajraj and his team. As a Health Care Professional myself and in my line of work I see what problematic/untreated veins can do, aside from the aesthetic aspect of horrible veins, I wanted a treatment that would be long-lasting. After a thorough assessment of my legs, I underwent treatment to 'close them down'. This entailed 3 hours of surgery performed under local anaesthetic. Three months on I visited The Vein Care Centre for my follow up and the treatment has been a 100% success. I was treated with respect and I always had the opportunity to ask questions. The team of Health Care Assistants that I have met have also been friendly and helpful. I am a [fairly] young, very active patient of Mr Gajraj's and I was worried how much of an impact the treatment would have on my running and weight lifting. However with good advice, I was back running after 4 weeks and back in the gym after 2 weeks (no heavy lifting though!). Now I have legs that I am looking forward to showing off in the Summer.

I’ve had prominent hands veins for a while and over the last year they seemed to be getting worse and I began to feel very self-conscious about my hands - I would always try to hide my hands in photos and out with friends. I didn’t want to use filler in my hands as I wanted something more safe, durable and long lasting i came across Dr Gajraj’s Clinic. I was impressed by the procedures by using gentle sclerotherapy to shrink my prominent veins and using collagen stimulators.
