We arrive at St Mary's on time for the appointment and almost went straight in Dr Heaton diagnosed the growth and described in detail how it could be remove he was very calm and put my mother at ease ( she is 93 years old) Then he went away for a few minutes to look at the list of planned operations to see when this procedure could take place On returning he said he could do it immediately and took my mother into another room saying it would only take a small amount of time, which it did After my mother said it was painless and she was looked after very well. We came away feeling very good about everything. Others involved were Eleni & Ray The experience was excellent!!! John Wright (Son)

Wonderful care from the NHS! 24 hours after being referred I was sitting in Dr Heatons consulting room being told that my mole was boring! music to my ears! i felt that Dr Heaton and his team, Ann, Meghan and Faroque, were very empathetic and I do applaud the NHS trust for getting people seen very quickly, thereby obviating further degrees of stress.Thank you to everyone at the clinic, I had a very favourable experience! Of course, the real reason that I wanted to see St Marys was because,many moons ago , I was born there!! The only thing I would improve would be to make the referral letter a bit clearer by stating that the clinic was in Block D. i did ask at Main Reception, but I wouldnt have needed to if it had been on the letter. Thank you everyone and best wishes.

I had an appointment with Dr. Heaton today at Gosport War Memorial Hospital. I was very impressed with the doctor’s direct and positive approach. He was able to carry out an immediate procedure, assisted by Judy to provide a solution. I am also pleased that the doctor placed emphasis on both prevention and cure. I felt confident that I was in good hands with this pleasant team. My thanks to both.
