Wonderful care from the NHS! 24 hours after being referred I was sitting in Dr Heatons consulting room being told that my mole was boring! music to my ears! i felt that Dr Heaton and his team, Ann, Meghan and Faroque, were very empathetic and I do applaud the NHS trust for getting people seen very quickly, thereby obviating further degrees of stress.Thank you to everyone at the clinic, I had a very favourable experience! Of course, the real reason that I wanted to see St Marys was because,many moons ago , I was born there!!
The only thing I would improve would be to make the referral letter a bit clearer by stating that the clinic was in Block D. i did ask at Main Reception, but I wouldnt have needed to if it had been on the letter.
