I have just completed treatment provided by Dr Christopher Heaton and his team at Gosport War Memorial Hospital and St Marys Hospital Portsmouth Dermatology department. I was very pleased with the outcome and impressed with the treatment I received. I underwent patch testing, light therapy and a biopsy. All medical personnel gave me a full explanation of what they were doing and why at each stage of the process. At all times they were empathetic and fully understood my concerns about my condition. I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the team and wish then to know how much I appreciated their combined efforts on my behalf.

I have had a great experience with Dr Heaton, I had to have three biopsies in total, one was shaved and the other was an excision. I had the first completed by nurses and a couple of stitches the additional one was completed by Dr Heaton assited by the lovely Rae. During all the meeting's and proceedures Dr Heaton has explained everything thoroughly putting me at ease about what I was having done and why. Such a great doctor. In my second proceedure, (which was a larger area) Rae was amazing explained everything she was assising with and put my nerves at ease.

Dr Heaten and his assistant Mary, put me at ease from the first to the last moment of this procedure. As a team they were totally professional and a credit to both themselves and to the there employers.

My mum was put to ease with this good listening doctor who also had a great sense of humour which relaxed and distracted my mum... There was next to nothing in time waiting, a discision and procedure happened very quickly... All the girls: Aimee, Kayla and Amanda were very friendly, caring and proffesionally reassuring. We were so grateful for such a good service in every aspect.

Dr Heaton was reassuring from the outset. Both he and Amanda put me at my ease and Dr Heaton explained exactly what he was doing throughout the procedure. He answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. The whole process was done quickly and efficiently - I felt very well cared for.
