Now that my stitches have fallen off and the scar is pretty much healed I can write a short but honest review of my procedure. BEST OF THE BEST! Dr Heaton and his assistant knew exactly what to do, they both made the whole procedure pleasant. The scar is minimal and healed very nicely.

Dr Heaton and Rae, the theatre nurse, were both excellent. They were kind and reassuring. The whole atmosphere was calm, friendly and efficient. I was given verbal and written aftercare advice.

Dr Heaton and his nurse, Emma, make a great team. They are very professional and made me feel at ease instantly. Emma was extremely informative and helpful - she provided me with all the necessary info for my procedure - couldn’t give her and Dr Heaton higher praises!

Dr "Chris" Heaton and his assistant or trainee Emma putus at our ease as soon as we arrived and were informative and reassuring vis a vis the condition and treatment needed. The doctor even offered to do the procedure immediately, but due to logistics we had to decline and join the waiting list. Overall,; really happy with our consultation.
