We arrive at St Mary's on time for the appointment and almost went straight in
Dr Heaton diagnosed the growth and described in detail how it could be remove he was very calm and put my mother at ease ( she is 93 years old)
Then he went away for a few minutes to look at the list of planned operations to see when this procedure could take place
On returning he said he could do it immediately and took my mother into another room saying it would only take a small amount of time, which it did
After my mother said it was painless and she was looked after very well. We came away feeling very good about everything. Others involved were Eleni & Ray
The experience was excellent!!! John Wright (Son)
