I don’t know why but I felt very scared and nervous about going for my Barium swallow today,But when I met mrs Bilton she made me feel not scared or nervous at all,she was very kind and also put me at ease.I felt the care I was given was very good.also the HCA was very kind to.thank you

I got off to a flying start in that I was seen 20 minutes before my appointed time! Mrs. Bilton got straight down to business in a warm, friendly way. Her explanations and guidance were very clear and efficient and there was absolutely nothing in the procedure that gave me the slightest feeling of being uncomfortable. Bouquets all round!
