I got off to a flying start in that I was seen 20 minutes before my appointed time!
Mrs. Bilton got straight down to business in a warm, friendly way. Her explanations and guidance were very clear and efficient and there was absolutely nothing in the procedure that gave me the slightest feeling of being uncomfortable.
