I got off to a flying start in that I was seen 20 minutes before my appointed time! Mrs. Bilton got straight down to business in a warm, friendly way. Her explanations and guidance were very clear and efficient and there was absolutely nothing in the procedure that gave me the slightest feeling of being uncomfortable. Bouquets all round! John Flory.
