Having had asthma for over 40 years this is the first time that I felt someone was listening to me and understood my needs. She put my mind at ease and filled me with confidence about my new care plan. She explained everything clearly and in a way that I understood. She explained what she planned to do and how she would keep in contact. I feel totally at ease and know exactly what to expect in the coming months. I wish I had met her years ago as I feel like like I am finally going to be in control of my asthma.

Sonia was a really great help during my admission. She was kind, informative and caring. It was good to have someone who was prepared to spend time helping with my complaint and how to manage it as I have not been given a plan of how to manage it when it is starting to get worse. She came to see me almost every day and spent time with me, talking to me and advising me. A plan is now in place to help should I start to have problems.

I am so happy now because I have a clear understanding about the asthma and things I can do to keep attacks at bay. The fact that Sonia will soon have her own place in the hospital for point of contact is the best thing. So much so I have already recommended her to a friend that suffers with asthma and allergies. The hospital has really found a great member there. I hope to see her soon

Sonia Munde is a very good investment into Queens Hospital. She is very compassionate and empathetic she has on every occasion she has visited me lifted my mood. I like her energy and that she constantly advocates on my behalf fighting for my best interests. She is just a lovely human being
