Having had asthma for over 40 years this is the first time that I felt someone was listening to me and understood my needs. She put my mind at ease and filled me with confidence about my new care plan. She explained everything clearly and in a way that I understood. She explained what she planned to do and how she would keep in contact. I feel totally at ease and know exactly what to expect in the coming months. I wish I had met her years ago as I feel like like I am finally going to be in control of my asthma.

Thank you I do try to explain asthma information in the simplest way so that your able to understand what actually happening within the lungs.
