I can not even begin to explain the attention, understanding and support I received today! Kirsti was amazing!!!!! I never want to be seen by anyone else. This is the best physio appointment I have ever had by far and I genuinely felt my pain score declining during my appointment!!! I felt at ease, incredibly comfortable and genuinely relieved that finally someone is able to help me. I have struggled with this back pain for too long now, and I finally feel like I am getting the support I have been looking so long for. She is kind, brilliant, actually explains why she is asking the questions that she is asking (which I have never seen before) and helped me to pinpoint exactly where my pain was coming from before helping me tackle the pain. This experience was unlike any other, please keep up the good work!!!! You are changing lives!!! Thank you so much
